01What I build

AI systems that handle the work you don't want to.

Advisory bots

A bot that tells you the next move

It reads what's coming in: cases, leads, orders, whatever your work runs on. Then it tells you the best next move. It recommends; a person still makes the call. An expert's judgment, in a tool that runs without them in the room.

Proof: the case system below reviews a law firm's cases and flags what each one needs next, so nothing on a case slips through the cracks.
Your data, read & acted on

A straight read on your own numbers

Your business already makes the data: invoices, sales, payments, ops. I plug into the tools you use (QuickBooks, Stripe, Square) and turn it into a plain monthly read: what's selling, what's leaking, what to change. The routine follow-up runs on its own. Money data is ready today, and the same build points at whatever data your business throws off.

Proof: I ran a $1M+ cafe and adjusted the menu and staffing off the sales data. Now I build the system that does that read for you.
AI automation & systems

Kill the manual, repeating work

Workflow automation, custom pipelines, scheduled jobs, and agents that run a task end to end instead of you doing it by hand every week.

Proof: a live ops dashboard and an overnight build queue that run the work here on their own.
Custom AI bots & agents

A front door that never sleeps

Site chatbots, per-person intake front doors, lead qualifiers that catch someone the moment they are a real fit, day or night, and private per-person AI assistants built around one person's world.

Proof: the bot in the corner of this page, live intake bots built for two clients, and private per-person AI assistants built and deployed for a small set of pilot users. Isolated, secured, in daily use.
Web & app builds

Full sites and apps, shipped

Full sites and web apps, built, deployed, and wired to actually do the job. Copy direction handled. No handoff to a team.

Proof: the builds below, from a luxury real estate site to a wellness site live 24 hours after the first call and taking payments in its first month.
CRM & marketing automation

Follow-up that runs itself

Sequenced follow-up, review and text-back funnels, email and SMS nurture wired to real triggers, so leads stop going cold and reviews actually get asked for. I can set it up once, or run it for you monthly.

Proof: a managed ad campaign at a 7.66% click rate and roughly 2.5× the leads. That client contracted the next phase within 30 days and has kept sending new builds since.

Also buildable: AI-driven video editing workflows, data and source mining, e-commerce stores, and straight AI consulting on where automation actually fits. Not sure which of these you need? That's what the first conversation is for.

02In practice

The kind of thing people bring me.

"I run a cafe. I've got a stack of invoices and no real idea what they're telling me about my costs or my waste."
I turn it into a simple read on where the money's going.
"I've got years of judgment in my head and no way to scale it."
I turn it into an advisor bot that gives the read you'd give.
"I keep missing calls when I'm slammed, and the job goes to whoever picks up first."
A missed call texts them back on its own.
"I want my clients or my team to each have their own AI, not a generic chatbot."
I build them a private assistant that knows their world and actually helps.
"I'm doing the same thing by hand every week and I'm sick of it."
I find the part that can run itself, and make it run itself.
"Leads go cold because I can't follow up fast enough."
The follow-up fires the second a lead comes in, in your voice.

04About

One builder, the whole build.

I'm Spencer. I build AI systems, custom bots, sites, apps, and the automation behind them, start to finish. No team, no account manager. You work with the person building the thing.

Before this I ran the operations side of high-volume cafes and restaurants, including a $1M+ shop where I built the scheduling and inventory systems: cut the errors, read the sales data, and staffed to demand. So when your back office is buried in invoices or you're missing calls in a rush, I know that world from the operator's chair. I build the fix, not a generic tool that sort of fits.

These days I build across real estate, wellness, retail, and hospitality, and I run my own business on the exact systems I sell. You bring the idea, even half-formed. I figure out what's possible, build something real, and we test it live before it scales. A small first build can be free. Bigger ones start with a deposit, and you pay the rest when it works.

Competitive robotics and chess as a kid. Some things stick: I can't leave a system unoptimized.

Inside the forge
05How a build runs

From idea to done.

01

Tell me

You say what you want, or what's slowing you down. No plan needed.

02

Figure it out

I come back with scope, timeline, and price in 24 hours.

03

Build

I build something real and we test it live, before it scales.

04

Done

It goes live, then we keep sharpening it. Bigger builds start with a deposit; you pay the rest when it works.

Managed monthly

Most builds become a service

One-off builds are welcome. But most of what I build becomes a system I run and improve monthly: setup fee, then a monthly rate. The bot keeps learning, the automation keeps growing, the read stays current. You're never left with a thing that rots.

Tell me what you're building.

Walk through the forge and lay out your project. It lands straight in my hands.
